Questions & Answers

If you are contacted and notified about incorrect information... why is it not corrected in a timely manner? Maybe you should see about developing a tool where a person can correct incorrect info or delete info that they do not want public: ie recent/present address & phone number for safety reasons. You should be concerned about not wanting to be a partner in causing harm/ jeopardizing a person's safety. In this day and time there are mentally ill/crazy people! I had a friend who was raped. When the guy got out of prison, he used the info provided by Radaris to find her. She asked for you to not provided her new address. She had to put her address and phone# in a relative's name so she could be "as safe as possibly"! Thank You! Other than the incorrect info and not advocating in an expedient manner, assisting a person in maintaining their safety, with these few correction this could be beneficial and lucrative site instead of an antagonistic and erroneous site with no repeat business and awful reviews/word passed around! Thank You!

I'd be more concerned with them allowing public access to your personal information that can be used in ID Theft... trust me as I'm very familiar with this and how they obtain the missing pieces to thwart a heavy attack on someone's credit.

I appreciate you Jessica, atleast you replied. But I followed the steps 6 times already to be precise. The site refuse to remove my information online. If i call them, no one picks up. When you try to go via "transaction related calls" one guy picks up. And he doesnt speak at all. He stays silent till you hang up. At least for the courtesy you should treat your customers with the least respect.

Hi AR,
We give very clear instructions on removing information on our site, in our videos and in email to anyone who writes. Additionally, we help everyone who experiences an issue with removing information.

We cannot "correct", edit, or change information because we are not the original source of the information. Radaris is a search engine collecting information from other sources and organizing it by names.

You can find our removal instruction here, http://radaris.com/page/how-to-remove

Best regards,
