I hope you used PayPal I got all my money back PayPal reimbursed me for the return shipment I sent pictures of what I ordered and what I received. I also got a total refund for the item as well make sure you use paypal

Can emailing them. After fighting with then for three months about my money. That's how long it took for then to receive their products back. I wasn't sending it back fed ex ($75), I sent it regular mail ($32). I received a full refund. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. THEY PRODUCT ISN'T WHAT YOU SEE OF THE SITE. GO TO FASHION NOVA... THEY BEST.

I am going through the same thing now and I am going to have my bank dispute the charge. Queenfy is a fraud!

However you purchased your item(s), whether it was through PayPal, credit card, bank debit card, or etc., have that institution to do a dispute of the charge. I hope this information works for you. It worked for me.
