I would also like to know. Also I'm confused why I have to write a minimum number of letters for an answer. Itd messed up to force a customer to do that!5

I have no problem with my ZTE. It performs great for me. I am truely greatful to have it. I didn't have a cell phone before I got on the Lifeline program. Every time I have needed it Lifeline was always there for me to call who ever I needed to get help. I am truely grateful to have it! I'm 60 y/o and now retired after working as a welder for the same company for 30 years. I spend a lot of time by myself at my shop with lots of power tools and have fallen several times. One incident broke my arm another incident put a large knot on my head. Both times I used my phone to get help. I am so grateful for this program so I can have a phone. Each time I needed a replacement phone due to me falling and breaking it I was sent a new one for a small charge that I can't complain about. I am truely grateful for this lifeline phone. It allows me to have a sence of security no mater where I am

There could be a bug in the device it could be a simple malfunction if you're able to contact customer service you could provide them with information about a phone you would like to transfer your service to and if it is compatible you'll be able to continue your service if not you could always request a free SIM card so that your phone you like to bring will have your service I hope that helps
