You should be able to ask they have a list of phones that is if we are talking about Qlinkwireless and they used to have a 8" tablet giveaway also and if you receive SSI or SSDI like me or EBT or low income you should've been told about the ACP sign up and you get unlimited talk, text n data til plan ends! Hope this helped don't go with SafeLink I had nothing but trouble with them they mixed up mine and my girlfriend's information we both were without a phone for 2 weeks! Well again hope this helps!

Hey, Exactly what I said when I wanted them to honor the warranty of phone I bought from them. They shut it off while I waited for new phone and SIMS card. Remember ask for SIMS card! I didn't even know what that was until all this sh*t 4 months ago! Still NO PHONE!
