i have a few questions and they do not have an option to speak to customer service i'm not a member I have seen some people are having this problem

Can I get a New phone the one I have now face is cracked up real bad. So if y'all can please send me one I need it asap! Please and thank y'all

There is no such thing as customer service from Q-Link! It's scam operation run out of Florida. REPORT this scam to every relevant state and federal agency! Should be run off of the federal government program as SCAMMERS!

No its not. That number is all robotic with no persons available to talk and answer questions or resolve problems. Been through all the prompts and there is no live person anywhere.
