Today I canceled my Purple Bricks listing. After 6 months I had no offers even though my asking price was 100K lower than the asking price suggested by Purple Bricks. It might work for an entry level property but it did not work for me. I really wanted it to work because I despise real estate agents and their obscene commissions.

Nancy, so far there is no activity in TREB for this company, meaning no one has taking the risk of trusting their biggest investment to a DIY project.
