They req you to give them all of you personal info and id info to register it. And its to their discretion if and when they send you a new card. Imo its id theft

Call them! They need to register your address in order for online purchases to go through. Very frustrating, I know... sigh. Good luck!

There are barely any ways to contact their costumer service and the website to register your card at doesn't work anymore. If you can, try returning the card to the vendor if allowed.
