Hell no they aren't helpful. They are scammers! They will tell you an initial price of a document u want to buy then after you pay they will tell you that you need to pay an extra 250$ for a delivery fee... they have been scamming people for months. You will not get what you pay for if anything at all. I would of been more happy receiving a blank piece of paper.
