Poshmark does not police their site, and has never attempted to do so. I had to email Manish directly 3x's to request they remove the birth control pills, morning after pills, and even hand guns. Children can go on with a credit card and purchase these things. Poshmark is still full of these items.

Whoever told you it wasn't allowed it correct -- anything that isn't clothing/accessories is not allowed. However, many people disobey the rules and list them anyway. Most of the listings eventually get reported or taken down by Poshmark but some of them get sold because there are soo many users and Poshmark still hasn't found a way to get them all blocked fast. So you *could* continue to sell them, but I would recommend keeping your closet compliant, because many people will not share your items or purchase from your closet even if you sell non compliant items.
