It doesn't look like it, to be honest. I haven't ordered from it before, but looking at payment options, they're all scammy payment options. Western Union? Almost every over the seas scam business uses that because it doesn't protect the consumer and they get all this money. They lie and say they accept AMEX on the bottom, but when you try to pay it says Western Union, Paypal, or bank wire. All of which makes you lose your money without affecting them.
