I've recently paid 81.40 for 1 year membership but I want to change that for the 3 month option. Surely pof can refund my account for the remainder of the fee. I emailed them and they replied and said that one of our customer support team will get back to you soon. It's gone a week now. Are they taking the pi. Or what.

Keep on to them, contact Marcus he's in charge of what goes on with the site... He's the owner /developer of the site. If you don't get a response message again telling them you're going to make it public on fb, twitter etc what a ripoff it is and crap customer service too even if you don't. It's not what they want.

I would assume you can contact them for a change in your account and a refund for the remainder of the money. It doesn't require women to pay, to upgrade we can pay. Good luck in your search.

I'm not too sure about how they do their billing, but you could try to call them if they have a support number and explain the situation. I would imagine that would be the best route to go.
