I have a profile and I am not able to get into it. My profile has been hacked into a number of times, so I have made new profiles and I'm not able to get into it and POF does not recognize my email address. Whats going on

Basically pof is not worth the hassle. Get our there and meet people the old fashioned way!

I would honestly just use a different site and not bother with POF. They'll delete your new account just like they did this one, and you can't get a hold of customer service.

Hl I doubt there is a customer service no one ever answers your emails think they only want preameum members on there site. Phil

Unfortunately there is not alot you can do in this situation as it would be up to POF's customer service team to deal with your best bet is to start a fresh account with a new email and password. Do inform POF as well as if the person who hijacked your account misbehaves with it you may be held responsible as there is a slight possibility they may block your IP as well as the Hijackers hope this helps.

You should probably get a different e-mail address. Get a free one from yahoo or gmail and then try again. It won't allow you to use the same username either. So start fresh. I hope that helps.
