In my expereince, i got an answer for that question when i received my money after trading eurusd there. Then i cashed in bigger sums, traded and did a second withdrawal - was quicker than the first time. So far, they didn't let me down with withdrawals.

There's no objective reason to believe it's scam. I've seen some people calling it scam because they lost money. But how did they lose it? They opened a full margin deal. Or put all the balance on a single trade. Not the broker, but mindset is to blame.
