Question:

I bought office pro 2007 on 15/10/10, they sent me the link and the key immediately, however the file is a disc image file. I have daily replies from them telling me to save to my desktop and then unzip to access the setup file. Surprisingly enough it doesn't give me any of these options! I paid through paypal so am now investigating if I can get my money back through them as the company are ignoring my requests for a refund.

Answer:
Purchased Microsoft 2007 for £53.00 23/10/2010, never received link and then received something completely different which was taking 8 hours to download. Never been able to use the link so asked for a refund and have been chasing this since 25/10/2010. Not suprisingly they have now stopped responding to any emails and I think I may never see my money again. Stay away!
