Make sure to keep your profile updated at least every month. They often add new questions so they can match you to samples. Also, you can only see available samples on Sample Tuesdays at 12 PM ET unless they are available after that (which they usually are not as there are lots of users).

It's just the way the site is. They lure people in by allowing them to get things at first, but the longer you're there then the less stuff you'll qualify over time. The site is a total scam. I recommend one I'm a part of that gives you full size products for just a review for free and is great. No having to log in by a certain day or time. Just fill out a survey from time to time so they know what you buy so they can send you stuff. Thus far I've gotten two boxes of tam tam cookies, childrens liquid claritin and chewable tablets, and a few other things I can't remember. Bzzagent.com
