Hi I have got 7000 usd into my Payoneer account and they said they withdrawn the amount to My local bank account in INDIA. But I haven't received any funds in my bank account. When I called Payoneer customer care they said to send me my bank statement which I sent but after that no reply from them. My bank is asking swift copy of the transaction to trace the funds but they are not giving it. They are telling it will take couple of days to get swift copy. Can anyone help me on this it's been more than 10 days. Please help

Im facing the same problem. Did you guys finally receive the payment? Its been more than 9days And I still didnt receive any response from them. Please Help!

My niece has been trying to get funds transfer in some us bank accounts since May.so far no luck. Same idiotic answers at the customer service, one excuse after another.

Hey man, I am terribly sorry to hear about your scenario and I really do hope they have at least some good people on the inside to help you resolve this issue so you can get your funds. I am experiencing a similar issue and I am not getting any help and all I am trying to receive is 400USD. I know this isnt an answer to your question but just wanted you to know that there are many people out there right now who are experiencing this issue.
