I have written them emails, posted comments on Facebook and on their website (which they immediately delete) and have not received one response. I have tried to find a phone number online but the company owner is hidden and no phone numbers or alternate email addresses are available. The only way to contact them is to click on their customer service icon and send a message (I've done this five or six times but never got a response. If anyone has a different contact method please share. FYI, I got an address on them in California but there is no listing of them being in the facility located at the address when doing additional search.

Hey! Not sure if it will help you or not, but I contacted them via email at [email protected] and received a response right away. I also received my order within about 5 weeks. I can see from the reviews that many people say they don't get a response or don't get their order as quickly as they want it, but I didn't have a problem.

I cancelled my order after 1 hour because they said allow 30 days to ship and 15 days to arrive. They said sorry we can't cancel. I need legal help... this is a scam company! Don't order from here! Do not order from here
