PartsGeek
Questions & Answers

Hello - just made what appears to be a mistake of ordering two axles and a radiator from partsgeek. Hadn't read any reviews until too late. Requested an order cancelation by e-mail, but I doubt this will be honored, given their policies, and what I've read. My inclination now is to simply refuse any packages which arrive and then dispute the charges on my credit card. Does anyone here have experience with such a process? Is this legitimate way to 'force' a cancellation of my order? Is there a better way to go about it, and can anyone point out any other potential pitfalls I'm unaware of? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Call your credit card company immediately! Stop payment, and they will probably never contact you like me 4 weeks later. Good luck.

OH, we received the right parts but... they actually broke them in half to ship them... We received parts that were broken and in a box half their size. Can you believe it? Now we have to pay to send them back... and according to reviews, who knows what will happen.

I ordered a blower motor resistor control for my Lexus and recieved a rear defog on/off switch for a "I don't know what" in a used box. The paper that came with the part was correct for what I ordered. I got a return approval to return the item. What happens if I return the the part and it does not match the paper work that came with the wrong part? I Immediately contacted my bank and put the charge on my bank card in dispute along with all supporting data. I would call this "practiced fraud".
