I paid $100 for six months, I have had a job through them and I do think they are genuine but as others have said it costs a lot of credits to bid

I agree completely with Brian and Cliff, previous responders. I had same experience, went through my credits in about two days since the jobs require anywhere from 3 to 9 credits to apply. And the phony email you get from Outsource announcing approximately 30 min after you post a proposal that the client has received it and opened it. That's when I really smelled a rat. So I filed a complaint through PayPal and got my money back. Outsource never even contested my dispute. Just refunded, because they can't defend themselves, they are frauds and need to be investigated.

I agree with Cliff S. It is a scam. Here is my assumption from an investigation I did on them. Some "person" sitting in their home, on their nifty computer, is running Outsource. There is no headquarters like Freelancer.com & Upwork.com. This person is writing bogus jobs for you to apply for. Well, none of them ever get answered and said person knows that you will reason it away. You will think, they hired someone else. See, it is a lose/lose for you the freelancer and a win/win for this fraudulent person. Our FBI goes after criminals and this is a criminal fraud. I think the company/person should be investigated and the business/fake should be shut down after they are brought to justice. The said person is raking in $100 for each person to "pay to get jobs." What? Pay to get jobs? We all have to warn others to stay away from Outscource.com

They charged me a hundred dollars all at once after I agreed to pay the monthly fee a month at a time. This 100 was supposed to cover me for 6 months. I went through the credits in 3. The jobs that posted were people who have very little money and no experience in media. I had one woman ask me if I would edit something for her for what would amount to one dollar an hour. I paid as much as 45$ to apply for one job offer that I now suspect was bogus. The site is a scam. Don't do it.
