Assuming you have received confirmation that your are being credited, after about 2 weeks, I would put in dispute with my credit card company. Let them give Open Sky some incentive. These days it shouldn't take more than a week to a credit.

I called and spoke with someone several times, it took a while but I did get the credit.

Cancel the charges directly through your credit card company.

I actually received my credit about a week or so after I returned the item. Unfortunately, I had to pay for shipping the item back by UPS (as they required), so... It cost me about $8 shipping, almost as much as the little necklace cost in the first place.
