I was given a tracking # for my product purchased, and I entered the # into UPS tracking, and it said Package Unfound! Just wondering why.

Many times it takes 48 hours. Things are being shipped from China, so there's no real tracking until the product hits LA. Before that, they are just telling you that the shipping order was created. It does not mean anything at all has actually been shipped or even moved!

When I tracked mine, the USPS said it was a "pre-shipment" number that the merchant gives them to let them know they're going to ship a package--but the package was never actually received at a PO shipping center till after I called Customer Service. Then the drop-ship merchant tried to blame the PO, which didn't seem kosher, since the PO had no record of receiving the package. Call Customer Service.

I had the same problem and they are telling me to dispute it with the post office. They billed me twice for the same order and are saying I received it. I am putting in a clain with the Better Business Bureau. They basically stole $27 from me! DO NOT EVER shop here!

Same experience. I wish I had checked their reviews first. These people are not only fraud but they are dumb. What's the point in running such business where you get 85% negative reviews and can not ship products that you charge for? And really surprised why this is google trusted store? I am going to report it to google soon. And disputing the charge with my credit card company.

People, I DID get a refund, and I finally got an answer that was partially accurate. CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY and demand a "chargeback" based on the basic fraud that they perpetrated against you. Also, please understand that these folks are just a marketing company. They take the orders and send them on to each individual vendor. If you see something you want on OpenSky... because they DO have some great stuff... then go to that vendor-manufacturers website and deal directly from them. As far as I know, ALL of the shipped goods come from the individual vendors. These guys at OpenSky do not know how to do customer service... at all. Their attitude is basically."go to ----" toward customers.
I guess they actually think that this will never catch up with them.

Sometimes tracking number won't show up if it is during first day of shipment but after dealing with them I would suggest to NEVER order from them again. Lots of complaints and few resolutions.
