Bad bad bad news. Yes, unfortunately you should have checked reviews. I'm amazed this business is allowed to operate. Open sky is a middleman. Shipping is a joke. Customer service is non existent. Quality of goods suck. Forget returns!

I think Susan F. Has the best answer. Shipping wasn't an issue for me but I thinking thier was some bait and switch pricing going on.

When there are so many other reliable sources and vendors out there for me, I will never order from these guys again. Bad news.

It seems to depend on the supplier. Some are good. They used to have good customer. Now they seem to have none. There is no help if there is a problem.

You should have low expectations for delivery, product and returns. Run away fast...

I didn't have a problem with getting the order. I just wasn't happy with what it turned out to be. I'll never use them again.

I got an email saying the item had shipped (it was never sent to the post office). It's July and I ordered last November (for Christmas). DON'T EVER ORDER FROM OPEN SKY! There is no way to contact them. If you call the phone number, you just get a series of ads. Forget emailing them---they never answer. Good luck. I should have just torn my money up and thrown it in the trash.

It takes forever to get item and be ready for another long wait and lots of requests if you need to return something. I won't ever order from there again.

Open sky is a collection of stores... some are ok about shipping, quality etc and some are not. I don't shop there anymore and got off the mailing list so I am not tempted. The open sky people were helpful in getting money back from several bad stores under their umbrella. Buyer beware. Good luck. P.s. Much of the cloying is made in China-not well made and runs really small.
