I've ordered numerous times from OS, with little incident. The 1 problem I did have (an item was substituted) they handled quickly & satisfactorily. I haven't ordered since last November & a lot of the negative reviews are quite recent. You have to contact them via email first, and if the problem can't be resolved, they'll give you a # to call~that's how they did it with me.

It can take up to 12 weeks before you see anything from them. There is no way to cancel, no way to get a refund, and hopefully you are happy with the quality, most of the time the stuff is not very good quality

I would avoid the bright and beautiful store at all costs. The sizing is way off (most of the stuff seems to be made in China) shipping is super slow for clothing not too bad for jewelry. One store under ooensky went out of business but I got my money back.

I like the products that I received. And they came in a reasonable amount of time. But there is something fishy about the pricing. I had a discount coupon but the discounts were not off the advertised prices. I got very confused. I won't order again unless I am willing to pay full price.
