I need to know that your money back guarantee is legitimate. I have concerns seeing as the ship date on my order has changed twice since my purchase and it's a mere two days prior to the event. Also, your company is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. What are you doing to hold the seller accountable for our transaction? Thanks.

Online Tickets does not honor their guarantee. They refuse to refund money paid for canceled concerts due to COVID19. Strongly Recommend avoiding using this company.

I did not receive my unused tickets seats costing $1600. Plus. Nor have I heard anything back from company.
