I bought my tickets yesterday for a concert, but today i went on to ticketmaster and the tickets were only $40 each for general admission. My total for two tickets on here was $222 and they are farther away from where I would be in general admission. There's no way in me getting a refund?

Yep, you're screwed just like I was. Please spread the word about this scamming POS business. My only hope is that the employees of this scam house contract malaria, VD, and MS. In that order.

Unfortunately there is no way to get a refund from Online City Tickets. I paid with PayPal and disputed the transaction. After a review of the case, PayPal determined that the seller was not fraudulent. I no longer do any transactions that require PayPal either. Spread the word about this scam so that your friends and family won't get taken advantage of in the future by Online City Tickets.

This why I have learned to buy tickets DIRECTLY from the venue, and NEVER these aftermarket sales. Unless U paid thru a credit card and challenge it directly with them, they will not refund U. Even challenging thru the credit card will not guarantee satisfaction, they will fight it out with the credit card and demand payment be honored.

I argued with them over and over again! I would think about it and call them again! I talked to their "supervisor", I got no where. They had my money and that's it! I even Tried to cancel my payment, but they argued it. I'm SO sorry this happened to you too! I wish I have read about them before hand but didn't think a company would rob me like they did.

Sorry but no. The exact same thing happened to me that happened to you. I originally thought I was buying from ticket master but instead it was this rip off company! Ian way more careful now to be sure I'm actually on the ticket master site. Sorry this happened to you
