I bought floor seats for Maroon 5 for Oct 9th in Boise Idaho, and am really getting concerned these tickets are not real. The concert is a year from now. Am I going to be able to even get into he concert?

My problem was that they charged $30 for a Saturday delivery and then emailed the tickets too late to get them before the show. We ran all over trying to find somewhere to print the tickets since the venue couldn't do tickets from phone. The tickets would not download once we found a place to print. Fight to get the tickets in time to avoid this.

The ticket I bought through this company was worse than advertized but I did get in and I did have a seat.

Contact the venue, try to show them the tickets U received (did U?), ask them if they will honor these tickets on the date of the show.

They didn't return calls and the tickets were not released until a few hours before the event. I disputed with my credit card company American Express and ir was resolved in my favor. Contact your credit card company and cancel the tickets
