Review your actual mining revenue, electricity expenses, net operating margin, uptime, pool performance, repair costs, and the efficiency of every important ASIC in your fleet. Compare those results with what you expected three months earlier.
Then review external factors such as network difficulty, mining revenue per unit of hashrate, hardware prices, newer ASIC efficiency, and available electricity or hosting options. This helps identify whether your current machines are becoming less competitive.
Finally, reconsider your strategy rather than automatically continuing it. Depending on the numbers, the best next move could be keeping your current fleet unchanged, relocating inefficient machines to cheaper electricity, replacing older hardware, selling some ASICs, or expanding. Quarterly reviews help prevent decisions from being based on assumptions that were reasonable six months ago but no longer match current mining economics.
