Hi is there a cooling off period after the verbal agreement? I was told to expect a direct debit form to sign through the post? Do True pay the early leaver penalty charges from BT? Do I need a different router? I thought all hardware was BT open reach?

True have not waived my penalty charges from leaving BT- 5 months of constant emails and phone calls have had no response from True. The router has to be paid for.
