Do not send returns to this company - EVER! You have to pay for the shipping and customs charges to CHINA, which will be way more than you have already paid for the clothes. They will not give you a refund for the clothes either.

This company is definitely a scam... they are thieves and con artists.
- Anything you see on this site from 'Jules R.' 'Miss W' or any other 'Noracora Rep' is a lie.
- 8 months after ordering and countless attempts to get the money back they owe me ($92 is outstanding) I'm hoping to save others from falling for this scam.
- if you dispute with your credit card company, they send fake proof to the bank that the order has been fulfilled.
- Thousands of fake positive reviews here too - just look at the grammar/language and odd sentences used.

How can I get a refund without shipping costs? I don't want to pay for shipping costs because it is their fault to different displays as merchandise and this is exactly not my fault. If I need to pay to return cost it is not fair.

Suggest completing quick complaint form on https://www.econsumer.gov/#crnt. As I was re-directed by the Better Business Bureau. Return postage will be ~$170US. It's another creative Chinese scam.

$331... Is what I want to return... I send them a response to their email every other day. Their "policy". States if you do not respond within 7 (seven) days they will close the issue, as resolved. Keep hounding them? Go back to credit card company with proof of payment and complaint. Scam artists. Terrible company. I've been doing the respond to email for over a month...
