Just went through the same hoops I am waiting on a refund n credit. It doesn't surprise me at all this is an irreputable company.

NCrowd is the most disreputable, disgusting online co. I have eve dealt with. From shoddy merchandise shipped directly from China to brazenly bad customer service, it is a scam that will only further frustrate duped customers unless some way is found to put them out of business. If all of us get together, maybe we can do something legally on a class action basis.

They should be shut down.
