Hey guys - I am reading your reviews and experiencing the same thing - I put in an order on 2/18 and emailed them twice about shipping and haven't heard anything - This isn't ok and super illegal to disappear like this and want to know if anyone would like to band together to either get our money back or our products.

I ordered boots about a month ago and decided to return them WITH THE RETURN LABLE INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE cuz they didn't fit. I went to log in to inform someone I had done so just for back up and I couldn't log into my account or change the password because it no longer exists. I emailed their customer service and got the message I'm seeing many people have received about them being under new management. HOWEVER... now my boots are floating somewhere out in UPS land and who knows if I'll ever even get them back. They were over $100! Which may not seem like a lot of money to some to just accept losing, but it's fucked whether it's $5 or $5000. I don't even know what to do but I want my money back! Or at least the boots back so I can sell them to buffalo exchange or something!

I have the same issue. Ordered on feb 22 almost $200 of stuff and no shipping email and my order number isnt found and emails arent answered...

I have $85.00 in store credit with Nasty Gal and there is no way to get in touch with them. I want my money back
