Why won't they help you with tracking, why orders take to long. You get the wrong order, and no one will help you to send it back. Phone number doesn't work. They tell you your order shipped the next day, which you find out is a lie. Cause now your order is coming in 4 different orders with tracking # that do not work and 4 different dates order is filled. Would be nice to get a e-mail not a lie.

DO NOT under any circumstances give any foreign country the info requested, they did not ask me for anything other than credit card info for purchase and I used a prepaid OneVanellia card not my personal account and I am glad I did, they are untrustworthy. Matter of fact don't order anything from this site. You will be VERY SORRY!

I was never asked for 2 forms of I.D. I would not fool with this company period. I received my items 2 months later and they were not as described and the material was cheap. Just for future reference when ordering most things online, no one ever asks for a form of I.D.

Love how the 3 people above in the reviews, say its great! So ya work for them obviously! Not a chance 50 people get ripped off but you 3 order all the time gimme a break, im more pissed that facebook allows them to place ads condoning this scam shop.

I think you have only 7 days to return, they are difficult to contact, and you will have to pay your own return shipping. I just sold the extra dresses to friends at a discount and took a loss.

I ordered a bathing suit in March and never did receive it. They sent me a picture of a package and said it was mine and was shipped on April 4. What a joke! Luckily I was able to file a paypal dispute and get my money back. Never again!

I received 3 items from them and I am still waiting on 7 more items to come in. I liked the necklaces, they are actually decent quality... but the shirt I got was a completely different color and half of the silver studs were missing on one side. These were the items they sent on back order two weeks after my first packaged "shipped" and I got them, but still have yet to receive my other package. 3 months and counting we'll see how this ends. I won't be going down without a fight. The sad thing is that they own three other websites as well. Sammydress and Rosegal are tied into them as well, they have the same Items just not the free shipping.

Matt is right. They are a complete scam. I did receive my order, but the clothes looked nothing like what I ordered. The material was cheap and a few items came unfinished.
