I totally agree we should report them to FB! I'm in process now with my bank to get my money back from them! And I'm reporting them to the BBB!

I have complained when they post things so other people can see not to order. They banned me do now I can't comment on anything

I do not understand why Facebook allows this company to do marketing, maybe they are paid adverts? This company promotes itself heavily via social media and because their website is well presented, they look very convincing. However, they are taking money from people all over the world and then send rubbish, or sometimes do not send anything. Very clever business model from China!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT! DO NOT ORDER FROM NASTYDRESS! It took 3 months for my daughter's boots to come in... and at $44 they were more worth like $4! No box... wrapped in Brown paper... the fur was so fake looking and flat I spent hours fluffing them up. They have NO customer service at all just a cheap answering machine that they never return calls. After putting in 3 complaints and warning them I would hit every social media site telling the public they are con artists... I finally got a reply from my complaint with a date when they would. ( again not days after order like they state... 3 months after my order!) I never checked reviews first my bad... all but 1 or 2 were very negative. EVERYTHING they sell comes from tiny places in China I couldn't begin to announce... STAY AWAY! As far as fb running their ads they pay their $$ just like anyone else sadly... it's US the consumers that have to do a lil homework and read reviews and contact as many other consumers that leave reviews and then decide for ourselves.
