If you payed through PayPal you can contact them explain your situation and they should refund your money.
If not you might have to get serious with them (sammydress) and let them know you are taking the matter further, you can contact trading standards they would not like to hear that. Put a review on their page to make others aware. Hope this helps.

If you paid on your credit card or via paypal it shouldn't be a problem getting your money back if need be as they will help/support you all the way.

Because it takes like 2 months for it to inter the country. This site is a scam. Get your money back! I spent 3 months trying to get a partial refund through PayPal. They only sent 1/2 of my stuff. They said it was shipped and should have been delivered. It had not it didn't even show up that it was in the country. Good luck.

What i did because this site is a scam i went through pay pal to get my money back. They wouldnt help me said inhad to return back to china which is a ridiculous price. So i went through the ombudsman and through my bank took 3mnths bt got all my money back was backing down! But u wont get ur clothes u will be lucky if u do!

You can email them from their website. You probably won't get a response and if you do it will be months from now. Unless you got insurance on your items they will not refund your money. I never received my items and I got a refund for half the price of what I paid. That was about 4 months after the fact. I emailed them a total of 13 times before I got a response. The only thing you can do now is spread the word not to shop there. Since they are based overseas there is nothing you can do. Give them bad reviews, that's what I did. I went on Facebook and warned people not to buy from them on all their fb feeds. They are scammers, they don't even have a number to contact them directly. Learn your lesson and only buy from reputable companies from now on.
