I totally agree. I ordered in November it's July still haven't received my items and I get a run around of emails when I try to get my money back. I'm not sure how they are getting away with it- but they do

This company is HORRIBLE, took me six months to get order. You cannot call but send them a message through the contact portion. I did this numerous times. When I did get my order it was the worst quality I had ever seen and in the garbage it went. Wasn't worth my time shipping it back. Good luck.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLY BY NIGHT COMPANY! It takes forever, if ever to get your orders... when you finally get them(if you are one of the lucky ones they actually fill and order for) it will be so small you will think you ordered doll clothes... I am a very tiny person, size 0-3 and weigh 102 huge pounds,,, I couldnt even get them on... spend alittle bit more at another company before you waste your money... THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR MONEY!

I did find an email on there support page if you go to the top right it was very difficult to find and then you just get a ticket number for them to contact it's a very long process! After weeks of hounding them they finally responded with they will send me my money back but will take 5 days! I have my doubts

Hello. I went through paypal. They said they can refund if i send parcel back. But cost too much more then i brought. So i got the ombusman involed and my bank and got the full refund back without sending clothes took 3months but happy. Thats the way to go.

I had been able to contact them via Facebook, it took a while and after basically harassing them until they answered me I was able to get a partial refund.

If you go on their website and click the support link you should be able to fill out a complaint ticket. They normally respond within 24 hrs
