Don't buy from this company

Thank God I review most of the comments I'll never order from them

Still waiting for my order, I did not realise it was a Chinese site, only good for killing and eating dogs. Doubt I will see order or money again, if order does turn up it will, probably fit my chi as it will come up so small, suffice to say, won't ever be buying from them or any other Chinese site again.

I contacted the Chinese better business bureau today at this website www.chinabetterbusinessbureau.org/ and I am hoping they can do something. Maybe if enough people can complain about them they will do something. I thought about contacting the BBB here in America but since the company is overseas I am unsure if they can do anything. I have been in contact with the USPS international inquiry now for two months off and on as well as emailing the company because my package is lost somewhere in Amsterdam. I paid the extra for the tracking number but it doesn't do you any good when it is lost somewhere and nobody knows where or how it even got lost. This is the worst company I have ever seen and I only wish I would have read reviews and looked more into it before I made my purchase. I saw a good deal and jumped. I know better now. It does make me feel better that I didn't get brutally rude with them for no reason... I was sure I couldn't be the only one this happened to... but I had no Idea it happened to pretty much EVERYONE who bought from them.

I had same problem... hassan took my money offerd refun of $15 wen half of my clothes didnt turn up redused the offer went through the OMBUSMAN they delt with it awsome people and got my bank involed amd got my bank involed and got my money bk after 4mnths but paypal didnt do nothing! Ombusman and bank did the hard work. Hassan the main person also said he doesn't want the clothes back! What company doeant want there clothes back that says it all!

I placed my order December 4th and still nothing! They only thing they have said to the multiple emails I have sent is to check with my post office. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!

You won't get any joy out of FB or the BBB I'm afraid. They are based in China so unless you are too, you'll find they're outside of your local authority's jurisdiction. You should put it down to experience and write it off I'm afraid to say. Once bitten, twice shy as they say...

I also had the same experience. The phone rings and no one answers and the email is a generic message that's always the same. Their headquarters are out of the country. I paid with paypal and had to get them involved to open a dispute. I never received a tracking number, but when the dispute was opened, miraculously they gave it to paypal. I eventually received what I ordered, but they are too small to even wear and I ordered Large in everything. Total Scam. I wish facebook would remove their bogus ads. Good luck.

My same experience with this company. No one answers and when you send a inquiry by email, always the same response. My order was paid with a prepaid gift card so Im having difficult getting a refund. I contacted Facebook, since I saw that Nastydress advertisement there, and nothing they can do. Update on my status, NOTHING. No order no contact.
