Some reviews are negative regarding receipt of merchandise ordered & paid for, is this common?

Valois if it turns up at all it will be nothing like the picture terrible stuff also even if you put in a complaint they give a ticket number all looks professional that's your lot you hear nothing else I wasted money with them please don't do it too!

Yes because you are going 2 pay for your purchases and nasty dress will give you a tracking number. But you never received ur merchandise.

Yes. My order didn't arrive for 4 months and after several calls, emails and opening up a case with PayPal. I honestly think if I didn't have PayPal helping they would've never sent me anything. Everything they did send was garbage. Nothing close to what was pictured. I'm petite and it didn't come close to fitting even though I ordered two sizes up.

They didn't send one item at all and never refunded me.

My experience mirrors others on this and other review sites. I wish I had done my homework before ordering. I literally wasted the $80 as not a single piece was wearable and they refused exchanges or refunds

I have made several orders from them. I think their sizes run small. Order larger and you'll be fine. Here recently I places two orders an didn't pay the extra for tracking and conveniently their "lost" still waiting on the 60 days (I think that's how long they said to wait) to try to get a refund. I highly suggest purchasing tracking IF you decided to buy. I MAY use them again but if I do I will certainly be using tracking and only if I feel I NEED the item. Which probably means I will never order from them again. It also depends on what happens with these two questionable orders I hav an open ticket with.

I actually got my order, but the two dresses looked nothing like the photos and were really poorly made. I'm a size 4 and these dresses were not even big enough for a size 000. I managed to cut them a little and my dogs wore them for halloween costumes. So I got some use out of my $50 paid to a scam company!

I ordered from them twice. Once I got a top, that except for the color, looked NOTHING like what was on the website. The quality of material was so poor, it went straight into the garbage. The second order, which I placed before realizing how bad the quality would be, never arrived. It has been since September.

Like Allana W (above) I am being stalled until the 17th November. Identical excuses, look at Post Office, etc. I wonder why they bother - presumably they are banking (joke!) on people not bothering to follow up with Paypal and get a refund?

I wouldn't chance it. I didn't read reviews prior to ordering and I almost got screwed. Cost me $25 to ship back crappy items that were way too tiny to fit me and sewn so shabby they weren't remotely like the photos shown on website, and that was because I forced PayPal to reimburse me another $25 their rep promised they would pay for shipping items back or it would have been $50! All for a $95 order that the seller offered a $5 refund for! Then said they never received after I shipped it back! Thankfully I had all shipping documentation to China so I was fully refunded by PayPal but it took me alot of fighting and 4 months! Don't even waste your time and money!

Yes! It seems the items never arrive. They accept PayPal so they get paid and you can get a refund. It's how they make their money! Total scammers. I'm shocked PayPal still allows them to use their services.
