I never got my order. They made me wait 60 days before * reshipping*, and after the time passed they told me to pay extra for Shipping or get 1/2 of the money back, because of their policy. The company IS A SCAM. Stay away from them.and just to be safe stay away from all online clothing companies from China. Order from reputable place, I learned my lesson.

Omg I swear the material was so thin on the item ordered that my wife now uses it for dusting stuff around the house. Somebody needs to stop this guy.

I ordered from them 3 different times and got all of my items. Yes they do take a while but I did receive them. I got really aggravated waiting for my dress and I was constantly bugging the mail man, he told me i should be patient. Then he explained that he knows many of people that order from websites from all over the world. He explained that sometimes orders get stuck in customs and hey only check a certain number of crates a week s sometimes it takes longer.

Just tryand get your money back and stay away from this site, I never recieved any of my items and every time i contacted them the told me to be patient. MY ITEMS NEVER CAME, and after 3 months i was still trying to get a refund.
I paid in pounds but didnt get a refund in pounds or any compensation for the near on 4 months wait. STAY AWAY

I got the refund for two items that were discontinued and they sent the other missing items. You cannot get a hold of this company. I finally contacted paypal.

I would file for a refund. If you paid through paypal, you shouldn't have any problems. I had to file because I ordered a swimsuit in March and never did receive it even after they said they shipped it. Horrible company! I would NEVER order from them or any of their associates ever again.

I can only answer you from my experience putting in a ticket doesn't get you anywhere, all they do is respond back to you by saying its on its way be patience, I've even have them say, to click on this link and we'll get you an immediate refund that was bogus too, I wasn't able to click on the link, every time you put in a ticket they will respond with the same answer be patient we will get back to you and they never do, their phone lines are never open and I'm trying at all different hours of the day and night and their online chat, again is never open and no one is ever available, I have tried them over and over at different times of the day and night. They basically will take your money, and once they have it, you do not get your products or you get them months later and when you do get them it's all garbage, so u basically have 3 choices, getting them, not getting them, or getting Garbage, and what people are saying about it depends on the way you have them mailed, no it doesn't matter, this is taught me a valuable lesson from now on I'll read all reviews on anything before I order online next time

They are a bunch of thieves

I did recived the orde, r but i buy it to wear it on a Chritsmas party. I buy 8 items after almost a month I only received 3 items when I contact them to cancel the rest of the order they shipped the next day but when I receive the rest I have to trow away everything cause it was a really bad quality

It probably has not been sent. Good luck with a refund or trying to get customer service help you. I hate this place and I will never ever recommend it to anyone.
