Hopefully you paid with Paypal and they will be able to help you. Steer very clear of this so called company. I was lucky and was able to get a refund through paypal. I don't know how they are still in business!

You're not getting your money back. They are thieves. The fact you received anything at all is a miracle, but you won't get any money back from them and as they are in China, your local consumer protection laws won't be of any use. Write it off and move on.

I don't know how you paid but I paid with PayPal AND it took me 4 MONTHS to be refunded and many emails AND phone calls to PayPal fighting for my money! This company will not respond and IF they do they will tell you they have no record of your order sorry! I had regains from them asking for photos of the crappy merchandise and then after sending they said they had no order from me! WTF REALLY? I opened a claim with PayPal and sent ALL the info and they closed it EVEN after I sent them tracking info showing I sent items back to CHINA ($45), saying they didn't know if I sent it to the correct address even though I sent tracking info! So I called them AGAIN and resubmitted MORE photos with the address showing that I sent the package to in CHINA and then I finally got a refund 4 effing months later. And it took 2 months to get those shitty $95 clothes to begin with! Call your cc company to dispute the charges, call PayPal but fight for your money honey! If more people fight this scam company they would be out of business!

You will not get a refund. And if by chance you get through to customer service like I did they told me it was not there problem and they only give refunds on defective items. Any way I have my attorney on it and I have contacted the bbb and made a complaint.

Can only repeat what others have said. Log on to the site and look at your order history, you should see order number there. On the ticket numbers, they do time out quick quickly, so respond as soon as you can. I still haven't received a refund. So good luck.

If you use your sign-in on their website, you should be able to pull up your order history--there you will see the order #. Otherwise, it's in the email they sent you when you initially placed the order. From the bottom of my heart: GOOD LUCK with them!
