Sara, this company is run by very dishonest person. You might never receive the goods. I have mine and they looked awful but to return them is another story. Thankfully I paid by Paypal, which is dealing with my problem. Lots of people were taken advantage of and never received the goods or have their money back, when the goods were eventually returned. Talk to your bank, if you paid by card and ask for your money back as soon as possible.

This company are liars and theives. Do not buy from them. 6 months later, no dress has arrived, they've refused to refund and won't do anything about it. Sorry, but you've probably lost your money.

I ordered but I expedited my order and got it in a week and a half. You should leave them a message in the support system. They will help u.

It took a month for my items

My first order was placed July 12th 2015 and it arrived the 28th. My daughter placed an order July 15th and I placed a 2nd order July 18th. Those two have not arrived! The dress I received was cheap and it did not fit! I will probably end up giving the dress to my 12 year old niece. If the other two orders never come then I will just take the loss. I've read too many horror stories on returns and refunds with this company. I wish I had read the reviews before doing business with this company. It's a shame that so many people have been scammed. Very disgruntled!

I ordered several items in March, (8 to be exact) and only received 3, but 3 were refunded. The other two were shipped individually and never arrived. I had to dispute the matter through PayPal just to get a refund, because back and forth emails got me nowhere. They just kept saying they sent me a refund, apparently counting and reading item numbers is hard for them. I was refunded July 23rd. I was only ordering bathing suits, not any other clothing! I said if it wasn't there before taking my money you should've told me, hence the refund. I needed them for a trip. It took a month to receive my first & only shipment!

Took over a month. Got nowhere with the company. Disputed the charge with my credit card company and THAT is how I received my refund.

My delivery took over a month and still waiting for 1 more item. The clothes on this website of the POOREST quality I have ever seen. Wanted to return them all, had I have known they were coming from China I would have never purchased. They gave me 20% refund. Garbage!

Hi Sara... I ordered in March, they said it shipped and I still haven't received anything. I wouldn't count on receiving anything from them. I filed a paypal dispute and did get a refund. I suggest you do the same and steer clear of them and their associate companies.

Sorry to hear that you purchased from them. I had an awful experience buying stuff for my wife. Please check the profile of the users that responded to this... we not only criticize the bad companies, but prise the good ones too... good luck
