I use my MasterCard issued by a Chinese bank which can be accepted by some of the US suppliers. If not, you can use myus.com service to pay on your behalf and you just pay some extra service fee.

You can also get a US accedited card through "US Unlocked". You can only use this card on the net and it's accepted at all US merchant sites.

For me (from Saudi Arabia), most of -if not all- US web site do not accept my visa payment, so this could apply to all international Visa cards, however I have an account with Paypal which is accepted by almost all US websites so I strongly advise you to open an account with Paypal which is very secure and very helpful
