Lucy Zachman the director over the digital team is most unprofessional. She is rude to her employees during team meets, cancels meetings moments before the meeting is scheduled and she lacks attention to detail. She "accidentally" terminated a contractor on her team early due to a mistake on her part causing great embarrassment and harm to that employee's livelihood. This is a negative reflection of Synchrony as a company.
