Did you click on the "retrieve code" link in the email that you received from mypoints? If not. Do that, then enter your mypoints password when it asks you to. You should then see the claim code to the right of the amazon card on the next screen.

That's not true, they want to charge you 5.00 on a submitted credit card to maybe get some help, but after this I don't trust anyone at that site. I want it fixed back to the way it was. 65,458 points disappeared. Poof. Reporting them to the BBB.

I honestly never heard of this ever happening. Just be patient they will resolve this issue for you
