They ALWAYS charge and it's almost impossible to cancel your subscription with the bad customer service and sketchy billing schedule. If you sign up, cancel your subscription immediately after you get your resume and double check they canceled it. They said they canceled mine and didn't actually, then billed me and THEN LIED ABOUT A REFUND BEING ISSUED

Be cautious when you sign up. To use the service, you need to provide your account details. Even if you don't use the service, they will deduct money from your account. When you try to cancel the service, the cancellation request comes back saying 'the email address you are trying to unsubscribe from, is inaccurate'; And it keeps you bouncing back, wasting more time and allowing them to debit more money from your account.
