Unfortunately I did not read the billing information thoroughly and do not want to pay for a full years membership. I would like to cancel my membership immediately. What do I need to do?

If you would be so kind as to provide me with the ticket number given to you is you have written to support I will look into this for you.
If not then please write to [email protected] from your registered MyHeritage email address and also place my name in the subject line. This will ensure that you are forwarded to me.
