As others have said, you must have your child's phone. The app is hidden on the phone. The mSpy instructions are not very good, so you'd probably best trying to find a youtube video. If you're not very techie, you'll probably have problems. Also as others have mentioned, there are better options. I'd go with a different company.

Setting up the software is simple, rooting the phone mught be a challenge though

If you are not a computer savy person it may be a challange
You need to have the phone plugged in to a PC
You will install their software to your childs phone
You can hide the software so they dint know
İt may take a half hour max
İ purchased yearly plan not sure what they charge you csn see from their web
Once you buy it you can not cancel
Believe you have 10 days for yearly plan

Be aware that the they do not update the logs (where you see the messages) all rhe time
Sometimes they take hours or days
So dont expect to see the messages right away
İf you are only interested on messages search for a better cheaper company
No telephone support here
