I have not ordered from your company, but like some of the dresses on your site. The reviews are concerning....??? Also, it says they ship within 5-7 days and then I saw in small print after processing time...what does that mean? Thank you

It means the order is guaranteed to take longer than you think. So far it's been 15 days for me.
