Did anybody get a refund back I've had an order & it's shocking wouldn't fit a 7 year old the pictures on the web site look fab I've sent them back the next day and have had to get a ticket number and they keep saying customers should understand they are cheap and my expectations are high! Are the having a laugh I sent £55 and had too pay £10.40 too send it back I'm at a loss already please let me know about your refunds Thankyou

Argue with CC or paypal for warranty of merchantability as their own size chart is a failure vs. merchandise and so is the hems. I won after a month of BS from the company only offering a discount or for me to mail to China.

No, I did NOT receive a refund from them, as I was unwilling to Pay for return shipping when their sizing was at fault. Also, the clothing did not have labeling as to the care instructions, or the country of manufacture, which is a violation of US trade laws. Fortunately, I had used PayPal. They DID refund my money in full.

We have been devoting to offer good products with low price, but it maybe up to your expectation. So you could return anything you want, under the condition it's in original condition. Postal service is a good way to return, and I suppose its not much expensive. After we get the return package, 100% refund will be issued.
