I ordered 2 Daniel necklaces and 1 is shipped. I also order 2 initial bracelets and I haven't heard a word about them. There is no customer service number. Please help as these are Christmas gifts, thank you

You can email them. Expect a24-48 hr reply. Be very specific with order and tracking numbers. You will not get the same person twice. You can ask for a supervisor also.
