I would never use them again. No way to get in touch with them. Product was not true to size. My truck bag ripped as soon as I put something in it.

They won't help you and they don't care. I had the BBB contact them numerous times to no avail. They aren't a real business.

I purchased 2 sets of Bluetooth headphones and one was defective.

I didn't read the reviews on the company/site until AFTER I had received the defective product AND sent my FIRST email to [email protected].

I was seething and sent a SECOND email to them about 15 minutes later. Though my first email didn't get any response my second was replied to within minutes of my hitting the send button!

I had my replacement in less than 10 days.

After several emails myself with my situation I " CC'd" the better business bureau customer complaint admin. Funny how they got back to me within 3 hours of that email.

I had to email New York City Attorney Genersl's Office. Mobstub is a bogus company running out of a apartment. They are not legit, the 800 number on a bank statement don't work.

I do not like the company/site, they are terrible, beyond me how they can stay in business! Hard lesson learned too, sorry

All you can do is email them, they probably won't reply! Sorry a tough lesson!

This place is a scam! I never even received my order. Tried to contact then several times through email. They responded once and said the mechanism was on back order. That's been almost a year ago. They never replied to another email and did not rufund my 50.00 order!

Throw them in the garbage and go buy Amazon.com apple certified cables.
